The programme aims at generating skilled manpower in different areas of Pharmaceutical Science which would not only cater to the Pharmacy related industries but would also provide skilled and trained persons required by other industries/institutions.
The multidisciplinary curriculum will cover all aspects of Pharmacy including understanding process principles, experimentation and hands on experience on various eqipments.

Allele Life Sciences (P) permits students from various academic institutions at the Masters and Bachelor level from Pharmacy Stream to carry out Industrial Training, Dissertation and Project work in Pharmacy.

During the past two years, Allele Life Sciences has trained so many Graduate / Post-Graduate students and Research Scholars from various parts of the country.

The training programmes offered by Allele Life Sciences are completely practical oriented, providing the key concepts and high-end principle level protocols which ultimately results in trainees getting acquainted with the sophisticated equipment and the ability to interpret the experimental data.
