  Microarray Services

Our highly qualified team of molecular biologists, geneticists and specialists in bioinformatics has significant experience in all varieties of microarray applications. We at Allele Life Sciences  can optimize the most suitable array technology exclusively for your project through Affymetrix micro array platform.

We carried out wide range of microarray projects like; Bacterial Biosensor microarrays, Gene expression profiling of sequenced and un-sequenced organisms, cancer biomarker discovery, toxicity profiling, drug optimization, pathway profiling of drug action etc.

Our Speciality :

Sample quality control through Nano Drop & Bio Analyzer
Washing / Staining through Affymatrix Gene-Chip Fluidics Station
Scanning through Affymatrix Scanner
Experiment design and Data Analysis by specialist professionals

Our Services :

mRNA gene expression profiling : Enable you to qualitatively and quantitatively measure gene expression levels.

Splice variant analysis (Exon Analysis) : Genome-wide, whole-transcript coverage for a survey of alternative splicing and gene expression.

Transcriptome Mapping : To identify novel transcriptional elements and evaluate anti-sense transcription.

microRNA (miRNA) expression profiling: Profiling the expression levels of a wide range of miRNA.

SNP Genotyping : Genome-wide and Targeted SNP Genotyping.

Array comparative genomic hybridization (aCGH) : Whole-genome aCGH measures copy number differences in DNA across entire genomes, while Fine-tiling aCGH determines breakpoints at ultrahigh resolution in DNA targets located in any subset of DNA (either a contiguous region or many different regions of interest).

DNA Methylation : DNA is methylated on cytosine in CG di-nucleotides in many places in the genome. Methyl-DNA immunoprecipitation followed by tiling array allows DNA methylation mapping and measurement across the genome.

Sequencing  by hybridization : A non-enzymatic method that uses a DNA microarray. In this method, a single pool of unknown DNA is fluorescently labeled and hybridized to an array of known sequences. If the unknown DNA hybridizes strongly to a given spot on the array, causing it to "light up", then that sequence is inferred to exist within the unknown DNA being sequenced. Used for resequencing projects, identification of specific viral or bacterial strains, and detection of genetic manipulated organisms (GMO).
